U.S. News Editor to Be Simon Campaign Aide

WASHINGTON — James C. Killpatrick, 55, senior editor of U.S. News & World Report, will join Sen. Paul Simon’s presidential campaign as press secretary on June 1, an aide to the Illinois Democrat announced.
