Unisys has signed a 10-year lease, valued at about $27 million, to occupy 120,000 square feet of office space in Griffin Towers, a $90-million project under way in Santa Ana.
Unisys, the nation’s second-largest computer company, will move its regional headquarters into the 12-story tower that comprises the project’s first phase. The lease pushes the tower’s occupancy rate to 80%.
Construction is expected to begin on Phase 2, a second office tower, in the fall. Build-out is expected by spring, 1989.
