59 Held in Barcelona

BARCELONA, Spain — Police in the Barcelona area arrested 59 people Friday as part of a nationwide campaign against the narcotics trade, Spanish radio said Saturday. The campaign began earlier this year and has led to more than 1,200 arrests.
