Kemp and Gephardt Plan Debate in New Hampshire

NASHUA, N.H. — Rep. Jack Kemp (R-N.Y.) and Rep. Richard A. Gephardt (D-Mo.) have chosen Nashua for their second debate of the 1988 presidential campaign. The two will discuss foreign policy on Aug. 27 at Rivier College, a Kemp spokesman said Friday.
