Trammell Crow Builds Warehouse in Buena Park

A 400,000-square-foot warehouse is being built on 17 acres of industrial property at 6301 Knott Ave. in Buena Park by the Trammell Crow Co., according to William F. Schrader Jr., partner for the firm’s industrial division.
Completion of the project, valued at $20 million, is scheduled for October.
Lee & Sakahara Associates, Costa Mesa, is project architect and Millie and Severson Inc., Los Alamitos, is general contractor.
