Steve McGill has been promoted to senior vice president-acquisition and development for the McMillin Cos. McGill served as an urban planner for San Diego County prior to joining McMillin where he has been active in land acquisition, advance planning and product development.
Micki Watters has been named marketing services manager for the Housing Group of Fleetwood Enterprises, Riverside. Watters will be responsible for developing and implementing advertising and promotional programs for the firm, a developer of manufactured homes.
Raymond T. Fujii has been named vice president, legal for IDM Corp., Long Beach. Fujii will direct the corporate legal department that serves the company and its subsidiaries. Prior to joining the firm, Fujii served as associate counsel at National Partnership Investments Corp.
Stephen C. Marble has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer of Nielsen Construction Co., San Diego. Marble, former vice president of construction management and estimating, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations.
Hajime Tsuboi and Jun’ichiro Tanaka, former president and executive vice president, respectively, have been elected chairman of the board and president, respectively, of Mitsui Real Estate Development Co. Ltd.
Anthony X. Rodriguez has been named vice president, interiors, of Los Angeles-based Karsten Realty Advisors.
Christopher Felix, president of Hutton Development Co., Santa Ana, has been appointed to the executive task force of the Transportation Management Assn. Advisory Board. It assists the Orange County Transit District’s Commuter Network in studying traffic management for the South Coast Metro area.
Lee Reimonenq has been named vice president/branch manager of U. S. Home Mortgage Corp., Ontario.
Steven D. Beary has been appointed vice president of Assured Asset Management Corp., San Diego, an affiliate company to the Hooberman Group.
