Andrex Buys, Refurbishes Torrance Office Building

A 68,000-square-foot office building at 20221 Hamilton Ave. in Torrance has been purchased and remodeled by Andrex Development Co. Andrex, which bought the building from a Netherlands real estate firm and now values it at $8.5 million, plans to lease or sell the refurbished complex.
