Milpitas, Calif.-based Niravoice Inc. has named Donald Winstead chairman and chief executive. He has served as a director of Niravoice and was previously president and chief operating officer of Solitec Inc., Santa Clara. He succeeds Joseph McDowell, who is chairman and chief executive of Solitec.
