Barry A. Miller has been named president of National Piggyback Services Inc., the retail domestic freight distribution arm of Oakland-based American President Cos. Miller, an APC employee since 1978, was formerly executive vice president.
NPSI also announced that it is changing its name to American President Distribution Services.
