President Reagan is eating crow but he does not admit it. He cannot forgive Arias for pulling Costa Rica out of Reagan’s plot to overthrow Nicaragua’s Sandinistas.
And now Arias wins the Nobel Peace Prize for trying to make peace between the Sandinistas and Contras! Reagan, in his blind fury or stupidity, had better read the message in that assignment or his “525 secretaries” may not grant him the $270 million for the Contras come Nov. 7.
