Rouse Named 1987 Developer

Rouse & Associates, a Philadelphia-based real estate developer, has been named “1987 Developer of the Year” by the National Assn. of Industrial and Office Parks.
The award was presented to the company last weekend at the association’s 20th annual conference at the Century Plaza Hotel.
Rouse & Associates was formed in 1972, and under the direction of its founder, Willard G. Rouse III, it developed such projects as the Philadelphia Stock Exchange Building.
