22-Story Office Building Planned on Glendale Site

A $75-million, 22-story office tower is being planned at 500 N. Brand Blvd., Glendale.
A project of the Howard-Platz Group and the Dunn Group, the tower is expected to be under construction during the second quarter of 1988, with occupancy scheduled during the last quarter of 1989.
To be designed by Welton Becket Associates and built by Peck/Jones Bros. Construction, the structure is expected to have 420,000 square feet of office space. Charles Dunn Co. is handling leasing.
