Jim Bailey, a 14-year veteran of the William Lyon Co., has been promoted to senior vice president of the Newport Beach real estate development company. Bailey had been vice president of the San Bernardino division. Before that, he had been vice president of the North Orange County division. For the last three years, he has been in charge of the company’s largest project, the Victoria master-planned community in Rancho Cucamonga.
