A.H. Robins Co. and Rorer Group reported that they have signed a definitive agreement for Fort Washington, Pa.-based Rorer’s previously reported acquisition of Robins. The U.S. District Court in Richmond, Va., signed an order that became final Nov. 2, authorizing Robins to execute the agreement. The agreement is a key part of Richmond-based Robins’ amended plan of reorganization.
