Oliver C. Boileau has been appointed vice chairman of General Dynamics Corp., to serve until his retirement in April, 1988. Herbert F. Rogers was named president and chief operating officer. Both appointments are effective Jan. 1, 1988.
Boileau, 60, has served as president of General Dynamics since 1980. Rogers, 62, has served as executive vice president-aerospace of General Dynamics since January, 1987. He formerly was vice president and general manager of the company’s Fort Worth division.
