David Webber has joined Right-O-Way, an air freight forwarder based in Tustin, as chief financial officer. He replaces Mike Kelly, who has been reassigned as chief of the international division. Webber comes to the firm from McCain Foods, the Candian company whose transportation subsidiary purchased Right-O-Way in September. He joined McCain in 1984 as senior financial accountant and left as manager, accounting.
