Local News in Brief : Free AIDS Test Offered in North Hollywood

The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services is offering free AIDS blood testing at a North Hollywood community clinic.
The confidential tests include a counseling session during which a client is informed of the results and will be advised of any necessary follow-up.
Free AIDS testing is available at nine sites in the county, but this is the first one in the San Fernando Valley.
The clinic, at 5648 Vineland Ave., will be open for AIDS testing only on Saturdays. For appointments, call (818) 763-5963.
