- “Juande’s Way,” a new talk-variety show produced locally, will air every other Thursday at 7 p.m. on Cox Cable Channel 24. The program, with San Diegan Juande Ragsdale-Blevins as host, will spotlight guests from all over the country and, according to Ragsdale-Blevins, discusses topics that San Diegans need to know about.
“I’m not an Oprah (Winfrey) or (Phil) Donahue,” said the syndicated columnist and winner of San Diego’s Women of Distinction Award. “I want to do something new and different.”
Ragsdale-Blevins interviews noted celebrities, business people, athletes and philanthropists during the hourlong show. She said she has worked on radio, but this is her first time working in television.
Her next show, airing on Dec. 3, will highlight the Super Bowl and will feature a player from the first Super Bowl.
