Commercial Scene : Monterey Park Business Complex Nears Finish

A June completion date has been set for PS Business Park, a six-building, mixed-use complex at 2540 Corporate Place, Monterey Park.
The project, valued at about $15 million, has a total of 199,056 square feet of office, warehouse and light-maunfacturing space. Developer is Glendale-based Public Storage Inc.
