Commercial Scene : Long Beach Law Firm Leases in Shoreline Square

The law firm of Ball, Hunt, Hart, Brown & Baerwitz has signed a 15-year lease valued at more than $22 million for 38,000 square feet of office space in Shoreline Square, a new 20-story building at 301 E. Ocean Blvd. in downtown Long Beach.
The law firm was represented by Cushman Realty. Grubb & Ellis represented the developer, Shoreline Square Associates.
