Westchester : Planning Advisory Group

A 14-member Community Planning Advisory Committee has been appointed by Los Angeles City Councilwoman Ruth Galanter to help guide development in the Westchester and Playa del Rey. The committee, made up of residents and business people, held its first meeting last month. It will review any significant development projects.
Similar groups have been created in the Crenshaw, Venice and Mar Vista-Marina del Rey areas.
