Commercial Scene : Kluger Buys Distribution Complex Near Downtown

Kluger Co. Inc. has paid $4.8 million to Rykoff-Sexton Inc. for a warehouse and distribution complex near downtown Los Angeles.
Kluger plans to spend $1 million to improve the 139,048-square-foot structure at 914 E. 29th St. It will extend the building’s mezzanine to create a second floor, then lease the expanded space to other manufacturers and warehousers.
