James L. Walker has announced his retirement as chairman, chief executive and president of Davis Walker Corp. He will continue as a director and agreed to make himself available as a consultant on an as-needed basis. James D. Franzen has been named acting president. In addition, Franzen will continue as the chief financial officer and vice chairman.
