PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Brown University football Coach John Rosenberg resigned today, saying he is tired of recruiting year after year, especially in the Ivy League, where there are no athletic scholarships.
“Ivy League recruiting is particularly difficult, and I just simply don’t want to do that any more,” Rosenberg, 44, said at a morning news conference.
