Two-time Harlon Hill Trophy winner Johnny Bailey of Texas A&I; is one of three finalists for this year’s award. The trophy is given to the top offensive player in Divison II. Joining Bailey, a running back, are Alabama A&M; receiver Barry Wagner and Elbert Cole, a running back for Edinboro.
