Mexico City Police Not Using Drugs but Can’t Shoot Straight

MEXICO CITY — Only one out of 150 Mexico City judicial police agents tested randomly for drug use showed positive, but a high percentage of the capital’s chief law enforcement agency could not pass a marksmanship test.
The city attorney general’s office said in a news release that the 150 agents were recently selected at random to undergo both the drug-use and shooting tests. It said that 20 agents failed the shooting test and will be retested later.
