Rick Carbon of Cal State Northridge scored early in the second half to lift the Valley Eagles to a 2-2 tie with Belen of Costa Rica in an exhibition in San Jose, Costa Rica. Humberto Mier, who played at Burbank High, scored in the first half for the Eagles.
