McCoy to Be CRA Housing Chief

John McCoy, a specialist in financing of affordable housing, has been named director of housing for the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency.
McCoy will direct the CRA-assisted low- and moderate-income housing, equaling 1,000 units a year throughout the city.
McCoy has worked as a real estate consultant and was the founding vice president of the Housing Affiliates/Realtech, a Los Angeles-based development company. He was also the first executive director of the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.
