STATE : Blast Jolts S.F. State Building

SAN FRANCISCO — An explosive device, apparently a simulated military grenade, detonated outside a state government building this morning, a day after incendiary devices were found in San Francisco and Palo Alto Macy’s and Sak’s Fifth Avenue department stores, police said.
State Police Lt. Randy Greer said the explosion at 7:30 a.m. in a driveway of the state building on Larkin Street caused no damage or injuries.
