CSUN Falls to UCLA in Volleyball

Cal State Northridge’s Neil Coffman had 27 kills and Coley Kyman added 25, but it wasn’t enough to stop UCLA as the Bruins posted a 14-16, 15-7, 15-13, 15-7 victory over the Matadors on Saturday in the opening round of the four-team Sweats and Surf tournament at the John Wooden Center.
Northridge (2-2) will play again today against the loser of Saturday’s match between the Israeli national team and USC.
UCLA improved to 2-0.
