3 Found Shot in Santee; Suicide Suspected

A woman, an infant and a man were found shot to death in Santee Sunday evening, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department said.
The shootings occurred in the 9400 block of Lake Canyon Road at 6:55 p.m. Authorities from the Sheriff’s Department and the San Diego coroner’s office said they suspected that the killings were a double homicide and a suicide.
No further details were available late Sunday night.
