Amoco Corp.: The energy concern said 1989 earnings dropped 22% from 1988 to $1.61 billion. Revenue totaled $26.8 billion, up 12%. In the fourth quarter, profit fell 15% to $319 million. Revenue totaled $6.8 billion, up 10%. The Chicago-based company said annual earnings were hurt by restructuring costs and provisions for environmental programs.
