International Lease Finance Corp.: Profit for 1989 jumped 41% to $61.2 million. Revenue advanced 57% to a record $334.1 million. The Beverly Hills-based owner and lessor of commercial jet aircraft said fourth-quarter net income more than doubled to $28 million. Revenue exceeded $100 million for the first time, climbing 70% to $107 million over the year-ago quarter. For the year, revenue from the company’s primary segment--flight equipment rentals--rose 56% to $249.5 million.
