Rancho Santa Fe National Bank: The three-branch bank said fourth-quarter earnings were $403,000, up 58% from the $255,000 profit for the fourth quarter of 1988. For the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, the bank reported a profit of $1.6 million, up 85% from the $835,000 profit for fiscal 1988. At year-end, the bank’s assets were $144 million, up 30% from the total at the end of 1988. Deposits grew 30% to $132 million, and loans were up 17% to 98.1 million.
