Raedon Entertainment Group, a Northridge maker of low-budget video movies, said it has named Rick Pamplin president of its Raedon Productions division. Pamplin previously directed films for Raedon. Raedon also announced that it has appointed Lynn Baldwin, formerly manager of sales and marketing with New Star Entertainment, as vice president and general manager. Larry Griffin was made vice president of marketing, and Chuck Davis was appointed vice president of public relations.
