Douglas W. Taylor has been named senior vice president and head of Bank of America’s South Orange County regional commercial banking office in Costa Mesa. He succeeds Wally Nielsen, who was assigned to a newly formed commercial banking office in San Diego. Before the appointment, Taylor was senior vice president and head of the Los Angeles corporate office. He has been with the bank since 1968.
