Charles L. Perry has been appointed president of Pacific Scientific Co.’s Sigma Instruments division located in Weymouth, Mass. He succeeds Jerald F. McNeil who recently resigned. Perry had been vice president and general manager of Restraint Systems in Yorba Linda, a part of Pacific’s HTL/Kin-Tech Division. Before that, he was vice president of operations for Sigma Instruments. Pacific Scientific, based in Newport Beach, manufactures motors and controls, aircraft equipment, and electric instruments for industry and electric utilities.
