SAN CLEMENTE : Managing Growth to Be Discussed
- Share via
A growth-management section for city development policy will be discussed tonight by the city Planning Commission.
A council-appointed committee spent several months reviewing the city general plan, a blueprint for development, and recommended several methods to enact a growth management section of the document.
Topics reviewed by the nine-person Growth Management Committee were emergency medical response, open space, schools, sewers, roads, water, libraries, parking, police and a new civic center.
Commissioners have been discussing the study since November.
