Salick Health Care to Acquire TeamCare Stake: Salick Health Care said it signed a letter of intent to acquire 90% of TeamCare Inc., a Laurel, Md.-based company that specializes in home therapy for cancer patients who need to take drugs, food or fluids intravenously. Beverly Hills-based Salick, a provider of outpatient health-care services, declined to disclose terms. TeamCare, which operates in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia, has annual revenue of about $10 million.
