Michael Landon takes the highway back to prime-time TV in “Where Pigeons Go to Die,” a new movie airing Monday at 9 p.m. on NBC (Channels 4, 36 and 39).
In the two-hour film, the former “Highway to Heaven” star plays 50-year-old Hugh Baudoum, who wistfully recalls the relationship he shared as a youngster with his grandfather (Art Carney). At the same time, Hugh must decide whether to sell his late “Da’s” house.
Robert Hy Gorman plays Hugh as a 10-year-old boy who once trained homing pigeons and learned about the value of home in the process.
