A San Diego man was in custody Monday on suspicion of murder after the stabbing death of another man, a San Diego police spokesman said.
Son Ngoc Nguyen, 35, was stabbed under his right arm during an argument late Saturday night in the 4300 block of Estrella Avenue, said Bill Robinson.
Tuong Nguyen, 27, surrendered to police at 12:25 a.m. Sunday and is being held at County Jail, Robinson said.
The victim was already dead at 11:22 p.m. Saturday when three people brought him to Villa View Community Hospital, a deputy coroner said.
