A new music video promoting the merits of recycling will feature everyone from teen pop queen Debbie Gibson to venerable old bluesman John Lee Hooker.
The “Yakety Yak, Take It Back” video is the centerpiece of a recycling campaign sponsored by the Take It Back Foundation and will be shot June 9 and 10 at A&M; Studios in Los Angeles. Also featured are Paula Abdul, Natalie Cole, Alice Cooper, Randy Newman, Charlie Daniels, rappers DJ Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince, Hugh Masakela, Herb Alpert, Quincy Jones, Kenny Loggins and B.B. King.
