Amex Fines Newport Broker: David Naulin, a former stockbroker for E.F. Hutton and Drexel Burnham Lambert in Newport Beach, has been fined $5,000 by the American Stock Exchange for trading in customers’ accounts without their approval.
Naulin did not respond to the Amex’s charges. He could not be reached for comment.
