DON’T CALL ME: She ran, she dropped out, she wouldn’t talk. . . . That would be Democrat Barbara Jackson in the 38th Congressional District (B7). Jackson, a Planned Parenthood official, withdrew from the race too late to get her name off the ballot. And she had nothing to say: She left a message on her answering machine Tuesday saying she’d be taking no calls and would not have a statement. . . . Despite all this, Jackson still jumped out to an early lead.
