Management Hiring Trend to Continue: A national survey found that more than one-third of the executives responsible for hiring middle management and professional staffs plan staff increases in the second half of 1990, continuing a trend of recent years. Management Recruiters International, a management recruitment firm, said that of the more than 3,600 executives polled, 35.1% planned to increase their middle management and professional staffs the last six months of the year, 50.9% planned to maintain current staff sizes and 13.8% expect to reduce staff.
