Teledyne Sued Over Microwave System: Teledyne Industries was sued Wednesday for more than $10 million after the company allegedly ruined a small Century City firm by failing to produce a microwave system component. The Los Angeles Superior Court case, filed by H-U Microwave of Santa Monica, says H-U sold Teledyne the exclusive rights to its magnetic switching technology. Teledyne acquired most of H-U in 1989 and moved it to San Jose but then failed to produce the new products. (Filed June 6, 1990. Case No. BC002807)
