Joint-Venture Resin Factory for Thailand

TOKYO — Japanese trading firm Nissho Iwai Corp. said it will build an epoxy resin factory in Bangkok, Thailand, in partnership with the Indian conglomerate Birla Group and a Japanese resin maker.
