We’re Talking Duffy: Julia Duffy, who played the self-centered maid on “Newhart,” has been signed to star in “Baby Talk,” the series based on the film “Look Who’s Talking,” ABC said Tuesday. She replaces Connie Sellecca, who left the first-year comedy in mid-August and subsequently filed suit against the producers. ABC will schedule the series later in the season.
