Libra Invest & Trade Ltd., a Swiss investment company, has raised its stake in Henley Group Inc., a Hampton, N.H. industrial company from 9.11% to 11.27% or 2,35 million common shares.
Libra bought 435,000 shares between Aug.15 and Aug 17 for $23.87 to $25 each, or $11 million.
