GOING, GOING: First, Newport Beach developer Richard H. Barclay and his wife, Marjorie, pledged $1 million for Irvine’s new theater and had it named for them--the Irvine Barclay Theatre. . . . Now the theater’s 756-seat hall is taken, too. It will be known as Cheng Hall in honor of the $750,000 donated this week by Montebello ophthalmologist George Cheng and his wife, Arlene. . . . There’s still time, however, to get your name displayed. A thousand dollars will put it on one of about 690 theater seats still waiting to be “sponsored.”
